and now in the 21st century
with an ecological crisis pending
militarization must stop.
remember “food not bombs”
Locally
tent city is getting it together
and the suburbs are fine
the peace keepers keep doin’ it
and the tea house is the tea house
the library is always open
and a fire warms the soul
Raven is taking the weekend off
and the medics are hanging tough.
Legally
An injunction states the organizers
are different from the campers
and rumor has it some of the early birds
have quit already…
the word awesome is heard less often
