egoism 

narcissism…fathers, overlords…religion

                             reason for being…

an intellectual justification

commits suicide

to explain our predicament

 

a systemic failure

an individual achievement

 

“as the games get better

the times get worse…”

 

the testaments we hold dear

                       philosophy, poetry and music

slip into the abyss.

There are no large comprehensive statements, but as the philosophers have told us, poetry makes no statements anyway.
